Terri Haarz
Community Manager
Terri, a graduate of Virginia Tech, started her career with HHHunt in 2006 in Blacksburg, VA. Prior to joining the Abberly Square Team as Community Manager in April 2023, Terri held positions at three HHHunt sister properties, including Leasing Consultant, Accounts Administrator, and Assistant Community Manager. She was awarded the 2022 Collaborative Spirit Award and looks forward to helping provide the best experience possible to the residents of Abberly Square. Terri moved to Southern Maryland in early 2020 with her husband and two children, and enjoys running, kayaking, and going to Disney World as often as possible.
Rilicia Wilson
Assistant Community Manager
Rilicia joined the HHHunt team in September 2023. She started her career in Property Management as a leasing professional in 2014 and brings experience, knowledge and a strong commitment to customer satisfaction to Abberly Square. Rilicia moved to Charles County in the summer of 2021 with her dog Kash and they both enjoy outdoor activities whenever possible.
Amber Johnson
Leasing Consultant
Amber joined the HHHunt team in October of 2023. She has been a leasing professional in Property Management since May of 2017, and finds joy assisting others in finding and enjoying their homes. As a Charles County native, Amber brings knowledge and experience about the area. She enjoys spending her time with her son and pet Bernadoodle, crocheting, cooking, and anything that allows her to be outside soaking up the sun.
Ryan Allen
Service Manager
Ryan has been in the maintenance field since 2013, in a supervisory role for over eight years. He takes pride in his work and approaches every task with professionalism and attention to detail. He truly enjoys seeing the smiles on residents' faces when a job is completed to the highest standard. In his spare time, Ryan is a dedicated father to his daughter and coaches little league, both roles that reflect his commitment to leadership, mentorship, and community.
Zeek Veney
Service Technician
Zeek, the funny, weird uncle of the bunch, joined the HHHunt team at Abberly Square in April 2023. He enjoys catching people off-guard and making them laugh. He likes making others feel happy and at ease, and can often be found cracking jokes, spouting off useless facts, stats, and movie quotes. Zeek enjoys teamwork and lending a helping hand toward the success of the team and the community.
Rodney Grissitte
Service Technician
Rodney, who joined the HHHunt team at Abberly Square in May 2023, is a friendly, upbeat, and diplomatic person who enjoys being part of a hardworking team. He has great energy, loves to laugh, and is an avid football fan. GO Ravens!
